Your first visit is all about you. We’ll take a few minutes to learn about your goals, your past experiences, and any questions you might have. From there, you’ll either jump into a beginner-friendly class or meet with a coach for a more personal introduction—whatever feels right for you. There’s no rush, no ego, and no need to “be in shape” to get started.
